Meat Harmonica.



Ingredients:
meat is meat (pork/beef) 1 kg (+-)
tomatoes - 2 PCs

cheese - 200 g
garlic - 3 cloves

Marinade:
lemon juice - 1 tbsp
soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp
mustard - 1 tbsp
olive or vegetable oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation:
1.Choose a flat (rectangular), thick piece of meat (as pork). On the meat to make cross cuts, not dorezaya to the end.
2.Mix ingredients for marinade and smear the meat on all sides and in the incisions to taste with salt and pepper. Leave the meat to marinate for 10-12 hours.
Slice the cheese rings and tomatoes, chop the garlic. In each incision to put cheese, tomato and garlic. If desired, add sliced mushrooms. Meat wrap in foil, place on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven to 180-200 C and bake 50-60 minutes.
Ready the meat out onto a plate and decorate with greens. You can make potato mushrooms.
