Vaal River Long Exposure, South Africa

Check out my blog at www.fotoinusgrobler.com

A long exposure of the Vaal River in Parys, South Africa. The long exposure of the river makes the water look smooth and silky. I did not have any filters with me to slow down the shutter speed. I waited till the sunset in order to be able to get a long exposure of at least a few seconds.

This photo was taken in December 2013 with a Canon 5D MkIII and Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM.

Camera Settings: f/18.0, 4 seconds and ISO 50
