Pohovani žablji bataci ........... Fried Froschschenkel

Potrebno je:
50 žabljih bataka
100 g brašna
2 jaja
200g prezli
2dl ulja
1 limun (sok od limuna)
biber po ukusu
Žablji bataci se očiste, operu, posole, pobibere i ukapaju sokom od limuna. Svaki batak se uvalja u brašno u umućena jaja, zatim u prezle. Zatim se bataci stavljaju na vrelu masnoću i prže. Uz batake kao prilog servira se bareni krompir ili se doda neki umak. Uz žablje batake servira se zelena salata.
It's necessary:
50 frogs' legs
100 g flour
2 eggs
200g breadcrumbs
2 dl oil
1 lemon (lemon juice)
pepper to taste
Frogs' legs are cleaned, washed, salt, pepper and dropped lemon juice. Each leg is rolled in flour into beaten egg, then in bread crumbs. Then the legs are placed on the hot oil and fry. With legs as a side dish served with steamed potatoes or add some sauce. With frogs' legs served lettuce.
