Rolls of peppers with walnut stuffing

Ingredients:
– 3 grams of adjika
– 200 g walnuts
– 2 bell peppers
– small bunch of cilantro
– 60 ml water
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– salt

For the filing:
– pomegranate seeds
– cilantro leaves
– small hot peppers

Preparation:
1. Pepper remove seeds, wash, dry and cut into four or five parts. Put in a bowl and pouring boiling water and scald for 2 minutes. Strain the peppers in a colander and thoroughly dry.
2. In skillet, heat vegetable oil and on high heat fry the peppers on both sides until soft. Place on a towel and allow the oil to drain. Cool and peel the skin.
3. Prepare the filling: mix the eggplant, chopped nuts, finely porublennuyu cilantro, pour water. Stir and, if necessary, salt to taste.
4. A small amount of filling to put on the pepper and roll in roll. In the same way to fill all the peppers. For serving, place the rolls on a plate and garnish with pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and slices of chilli.
