Challah could be beautiful as well as healthy, to those of you who are interested in health food. Using whole wheat flour is too much - for me, at least. It's very hard to work with it, and it really tastes, well, HEALTHY. But 70% whole wheat is just terrific, and the results are the same as with normal flour. Better, actually. So enjoy this recipe, and I'll be happy to hear any comments. Did you feel any difference?
