Samosa is familiar amongst the Indians as deep fried stuff.
Mostly stuffed with potato mixture mixed with different Indian Spices ,it is popular snack item in India.
In north western part of India it is mainly served with chole/chana broth with tamarind and pudina chutney with a sprinkle of coriender leaves and a dash of lemon on it!!Just Yummy.
To make it more healthier replace potato with sweet potato and bake the same.
Next time try it with mutton mince--cooked and wrapped in spring roll sheets after that bake it or deep fry it.
