Funky layered salad with chicken and potatoes

Ingredients:

-smoked chicken
-potatoes
-cucumber
-Korean carrot
-onion
-vinegar
-mayonnaise

Preparation:

1. Sunflower oil cut the Potatoes into very thin strips and fry in a large quantity of sunflower oil, in the late season with salt.
2. Drain on a paper to remove extra fat and for cooling.
3. Chicken without skin, cut into sticks.
4. Onion cut into thin half-rings, marinade (1 Cup water, 1 tbsp vinegar, black pepper) for 20 minutes, drain the water.
5. Cucumber RUB on the Korean grater or cut into thin strips.
6. Put the salad layers:
1. chicken
2. bow
3. carrot
4. fries
5. cucumber

7. Layers through one fluff mayonnaise.

The salad turned out to be wholesome and nutritious, but very, very tasty!
