Nature is, in the broadest sense, equivalent to the natural, physical or material world or universe. Nature means the phenomena of the physical world, but also life in general. Its range extends from the subatomic to the cosmic.
The Latin word for nature and nature is kind, that is. "Essential qualities, innate disposition", and in the ancient times, literally meant "birth". Natura was a Latin translation of the Greek word physis (φύσις), which was originally connected with the intrinsic characteristics that plants, animals and other features of the world develop in line with them. The concept of nature as a whole, the physical universe, is one of several expansions of the original idea; pre-Socratic philosophers began to apply the word φύσις in certain core meaning and since then she began to acquire its meaning. This use has been confirmed by the advent of modern scientific method in the last several centuries.
Today, the various uses of the word "nature" often indicates the geology and wildlife. Nature can indicate the general realm of various types of living plants and animals, and in some cases the processes associated with inanimate objects - the way that particular types of things exist and change in accordance with them, such as the weather and geology of the Earth and the matter and energy of which all things made. Often, the nature understood "natural environment" or wilderness consisting of wild animals, rocks, forest, beaches, and in general all things that are not significantly altered the intervention of man or the ones that last, despite čovječjoj intervention. For example, manufactured objects and man's interaction generally are not considered part of nature unless, for example, referred to as "man's nature" or "whole life". This more traditional concept of natural things which can still be encountered, implies differentiating between natural and artificial way to artificially understood as what came of Man consciousness or mind of man. Depending on the context, the term "natural" or "naravan" can also be distinguished from the unnatural (unnatural) supernatural (supernatural) or synthetic.
