Salad vegetables and pumpkin squash

Servings: 4

What you need:
Romaine lettuce – 100 g
Pumpkin squash 300 g
Avocado – 1 PC.
Cherry tomatoes/plum – 10 pack
Sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons + refills
Salt to taste
Black pepper freshly ground to taste
Spice for vegetables any taste

What to do:
1. Wash the vegetables. Tomatoes cut in half. Avocado cut in half, remove the seed, peel, cut into cubes (size optional). Lettuce smash hands or cut in half with a knife. Pumpkin peel with a knife from rough peel. Cut it in squares 2x2 cm
2.Turn on the oven, the temperature of 190C.
3.Sauce. In a bowl pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add salt to taste, pepper, spices. Each slice of pumpkin dip into the sauce, put in the casserole dish/baking tray and put in the oven for 12-17 minutes (to taste). 3 minutes until cooked sprinkle with sesame seeds and again put in the oven. Allow to cool ready for the pumpkin.
4. Combine in a bowl all the ingredients, season to taste with oil and stir. Serve in portions or in a large bowl.
